22 y/o Eric Daniel Gray from Washington had his SEX OFFENDER status upheld by a 6-3 vote after he was found guilty of child pornography when he was 17 and sent a picture of his PENIS to a 22 y/o girl!!

He was indeed found guilty of second degree child pornography even though HE was the subject of the illicit photos.

He was convicted in 2012 after sending a woman who used to work for his mother a picture of his penis..and the girl who was 22 said that for a year she had been receiving phone calls late at night from someone who kept asking sexual questions

Then she got 2 texts that showed a man's penis and another asking "Do you like it bab? It's for you. And for your daughter babe"

She suspected it was Eric so she sent it to the police and were able to trace it back to him. He was initially charged with second degree dealing in decpitions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, harassment and indecent exposure, but the other charges were dropped.

Adults charged with child porn face up to 10 years but since he was in juvenile court, he got 30 days of confinement and 150 hours of community service.

But his lawyers appealed the decision since child porn laws were ambiguous and couldn't punish a victim of child porn for distributing it.

This case drew national attention for the potential ramifications of minors sexting each other as there's a question if they would be guilty of child pornography as well.

But the Supreme Court said minors sexting each other was not an issue here as he was clearly in violation of state's child porn law..

They said "Because he was not a minor sending sexually explicit images to another consenting minor, we decline to analyze such a situation. The statute here is unambiguous. A person is any person, including a minor. Images of a minor are images of any minor. Nothing in the statue indicates that the person and the minor are necessarily different entities.

Eric has Asperbergers and is a registered sex offender and instead of sending him to prison, he seeked medical and therapuetic treatment.

Is it fair to keep him under sex offender registry?

He was informed that he was getting the back hand from the Franklin Township Fire Dept for writing that on his FB.

When his post was brought to the attention to the dept, they said it was "unacceptable" and he was kicked from his position.

He quickly deleted his post but it was too late as his true feelings is now public knowledge.

Tyler's WIFE, Joei Frame Roydson DEFENDED her husband and said "Everyone deserves a second chance and is also entitled to their own opinion."

He will also face a disciplinary hearing before the Board of Trustees as the fire chief took the most severe action against him..but buy law, only the board has the right to terminate his employment, not the fire chief.

September 27th will be the vote on his future at the department as president Brian Morris said "Even if you take race out of it, it still would be wrong. I'm disgusted in what he said. There is no reason for him to say that anytime, anywhere. That should never be said".

Tony Alarcon, a California father to his 13 y/o daughter, Demetra Alarcon is OUTRAGED after her teachers said that his daughter dresses like a SLUT!!

He's fighting to change the dress code at Fisher Middle School in Los Gatos after she was forced to change TWICE in one day because the school said she was "distracting" the boys with her revealing outfits!!

Demetra was pulled aside by a teacher who said that her blue skirt was "too short", so her dad, an investment banker brought her a new outfit to school with a tank top and shorts and the admins rejected it AGAIN stating the shorts were shorter than 4 inch inseam!!

Tony said "I was told the shorts weren't appropriate. I had to go back into the car where i luckily had a pair of leggings as a back up. I mean, today it's 90 degrees outside and she's wearing leggings because she doesn't want to be dress coded for wearing shorts. And it's not OK. It needs to change. I don't appreciate this school stating my daughter is dressed like a slut"

Temperatures were reaching triple digits in the first week back to school and Tony is angry that the school is asking a lot of its girl to adhere to the dress code. He took to social media to discuss with other parents as dozens agreed with him and want to force the school ot change the dress code

Fisher school has a dress code, mostly upon Girls clothing however as it bans boys from wearing hats but Demetra said they've never been told not to wear them..

Tony said it's impossible to find shortss longer than what they're asking as stores like Sears and Lands End are gone.

He and his wife have a system of checking that their clothes are appropriate and as long as it covers their front and rear then it should be fine.

Tony said "We have to have dress codes that are fair and reasonable, and don't cause them emotional issues, cause them to question their bodies or feel like they're sex symbols at 13 years old. Because they're not. They're just kids.

15 y/o Whacko, Caleb Sharpe was the student who murdered his BEST FRIEND and wounded 3 girls after he tried to stop him in a SCHOOL SHOOTING in Washington State!!

Caleb was known to make youtube videos of himself with simulated shootings before he shot 4 people at Freeman High School as he came armed with 2 weapons and one jammed when he tried to fire it. His video has him with several firearms as he's obsessed with guns...

A student approached him and attempted to block him before he was shot and killed..that student was his best friend, Sam Strahan who died of a gunshot wound to the head.

He shot 3 girls before a school staff member finally stopped him as the sheriff is calling both men heroes

Caleb had long obsessed with school shootings as another classmate said he saw caleb brought a duffel bag with notes to the school in the beginning of the school year and said he might be "killed or jailed"

It was alerted to counselors as students were shocked he would say that since he WASN'T bullied as they called him "nice and funny and weird"

Caleb was also obsessed with the show Breaking Bad and was never seen as someone who had "issues" but had been watching documentaries of other school shootings before today's shooting.

Cheryl Moser said her son is a freshman at the school and called her from the classroom after hearing gunfire. She said "He called me and said Mom there are gunshots. He sounded so scared. I've never heard him like that. You never think something like that happening like this at a small school"

A Horrifying creature washed up shore on the beaches of Texas after Hurricane Harvey as people are having a hard time identifying what creature it is!

The eyeless dead animal has razor sharp teeth with a large cylinder shaped body

It looked likes omething from the deep sea while one man claims it might be a sea lamprey but up close he said there's no way it could be..

Biologists who saw the picture believe it's some kind of eel but can't confirm it as the most popular opinion is that it's a fangtooth snake-eel also known as a tusky eel that's native in the Gulf of Mexico..

But Tusky Eels have eyes and are small but could have decomposed when the man who took the photo found it...but the large teeth rule out most species in those 2 families..

Stanford University has created a new AI computer program that can determine if someone is GAY just by looking at your PICTURE causing OUTRAGE as GLAAD claims this program is used to out people who are still in the closet!!

According to the researchers, the AI can infer someone's sexuality with up to 91% accuracy by scanning a photograph of a man or woman but critics claim this software is used to "out" men and women still not out to the public eye....

Subtle differences in facial structures that the human eye struggles to detect can be detected by computers claim the makers.

By training thousands of faces, it can correctly identify facial features relating to their sexual orientation.

But GLAAD says they are calling on the media to cover the study to include the flaws in this methodology including making inaccurate assumptions that is left out of non-white subjects and was not peer reviewed.

The highly anticipated clown killer film was only supposed to make 60 million in its debut but made DOUBLE that in one weekend!!

The most recent feud between the author and Trump supporters happened last month when King learned that Trump blocked him on twitter and the director made his revenge by BLOCKING TRUMP TO HIS FILMS!!

Trump Supporters then posted a message on reddit asking its supporters to avoid seeing "it" during the opening weekend in hopes the movie would tank...

Although she interned for a Republican, she said that President Trump was wrong to pull out of the United States as she said "He was wrong to withdraw the US from the climate accord aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming. It's a bad decision. There is evidence that climate change is existing and we need to be at that table."

26 y/o Anita Green is the first openly transgender woman to compete in the Miss Montana USA pageant as she said it was Trump's victory that motivated her to entering!!

She will compete against 20 others on Sunday night in Missoula as the University of Montana grad who made history last year as the first openly transgender person elected as a national delegate to a nominating convention!!

Anita is also a Democrat who is a member of the executive board of the Missoula County Democrats as she thought about entering the competition in the past but never felt ready...until Trump won

She said "I thought about it for a couple of years but i just wasn't sure i was ready for it. But i can definitely tell you that when Trump was elected into office, i knew that i needed to step up and do this. I was so nervous about this but i knew that i needed to compete. I wanted to be a positive role model in the community and instill a sense of hope within the trans community and give them some positive news."

This comes as Trump banned transgender people from the military, a policy that has since been frozen temporarily by Matti.

Anita also works for an organization of helping people who have development disabilities and has a BA in sociology with an emphasis on Social Justice and Inequality and a minor in Communications

She's a hired pageant coach who worked with Miss Washington USA and practiced walking in heels which Anita said "I would describe my pageant runway walk as being on par with Sandra Bullock's character from Miss Congeniality"

She lost 50 pounds by changing her diet and exercise routine and found that being in a pageant has been good for her lifestyle and has been using youtube tutorials with her makeup. She's also never been in a bathing suit before but she's excited to showcase what she has and although she knows it's a longshot she'll win, just competing has made her stronger as a trans woman and hopes other transgender woman will compete in beauty pageants.

She came out at 17 and began hormone replacement therapy the following eyar and has lived full time as Anita since 19.

She will compete against 20 others on Sunday night in Missoula as the University of Montana grad who made history last year as the first openly transgender person elected as a national delegate to a nominating convention!!

Anita is also a Democrat who is a member of the executive board of the Missoula County Democrats as she thought about entering the competition in the past but never felt ready...until Trump won

She said "I thought about it for a couple of years but i just wasn't sure i was ready for it. But i can definitely tell you that when Trump was elected into office, i knew that i needed to step up and do this. I was so nervous about this but i knew that i needed to compete. I wanted to be a positive role model in the community and instill a sense of hope within the trans community and give them some positive news."

This comes as Trump banned transgender people from the military, a policy that has since been frozen temporarily by Matti.

Anita also works for an organization of helping people who have development disabilities and has a BA in sociology with an emphasis on Social Justice and Inequality and a minor in Communications

She's a hired pageant coach who worked with Miss Washington USA and practiced walking in heels which Anita said "I would describe my pageant runway walk as being on par with Sandra Bullock's character from Miss Congeniality"

She lost 50 pounds by changing her diet and exercise routine and found that being in a pageant has been good for her lifestyle and has been using youtube tutorials with her makeup. She's also never been in a bathing suit before but she's excited to showcase what she has and although she knows it's a longshot she'll win, just competing has made her stronger as a trans woman and hopes other transgender woman will compete in beauty pageants.

She came out at 17 and began hormone replacement therapy the following eyar and has lived full time as Anita since 19.

Anti-Gay Trump is showing his colours now that he's sided with Christian Baker, Jack Phillips who refused to bake a cake for 2 gay men in Colorado because of his religious beliefs!!

Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Denver was asked to bake a wedding cake for 2 men but refused to as he says God doesn't believe in Gay People and it is a violation of his constitutional rights according to the Dept of Justice.

He is challenging Colorado law that says he was wrong to turn away Charlie Craig and David Mullins in 2012 where it was made illegal to discriminate the LGBT

The Justice Department wrote in an amicus brief filed ahead of the argument before the Supreme Court hears the case.

It said "Forcing Phillips to create expression for and participate in a ceremony that violates his sincerely held religious beliefs invades his First Amendment Rights. In the view of the United States, a First Amendment intrusion occurs where public accomodations law compels someone to create expression for a particular person or entity and to participate, literally or figuratively in a ceremony or other expressive event"

The legal fight broke out in 2012 when Jack told Charlie and David that his Christian beliefs and store policy to deny service to customers wanting to purchase wedding cakes was his right...The couple then went to FB to tell their story and then complained to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission who sided with the couple.

Jack said artisans can't be compelled to produce works celebrating an event that violates artists religions and the DOJ sided with him..

Should Jack win the case, only businesses that engage in creative acts similar to making a cake would be able to obtain similar exemptions from anti-discrimination laws.

Army Veteran Chris Sevier, an anti-gay Man who lost a few marbles and has a history of long-shot lawsuits is suing Alabama because they won't recognize his marriage to his COMPUTER!!

He filed the federal lawsuit on August 31st alleging his rights, along with 3 other plaintiffs that his rights were violated by Gov. Kay Ivey.

He described his sexual orientation as "Machinist" who filed several lawsuits in Texas and Utah and in Colorado seeking to force a baker to make a wedding cake for him and his computer "bride"

He claimed he married an "object" in New Mexico because it has "female like features". He asked a judge to either recognize the union between him and his Mac or issue a new marriage license.

Chris said "The judge issues marriage licenses to individuals who self-identify as homosexual but refuses to issue marriage licenses to zoophiles, machinists and polygmaists license on a basis that can only be described as procedurally arbitrary"

John Gunter Jr, Whitney Kohl and Joan Grace Harley are the other defendants who are polygamists that were denied as the state does not grant those licenses, nor to wed an inanimate object.

The 4 of them said the judge violated their rights by giving "special treatment" to gays and lesbians which they find "IMMORAL" and said that at least a polygamist marriage and marrying an object doesn't give "diseases".

Chris is a CHRISTIAN man who is a former attorney from Tennessee who was charged previously with STALKING and HARASSING country music star John Rich and a 17 y/o girl.

He even pushed for PORN to be TAXED in 13 states!!

Chris is also an "amateur model" who said that computers were his "preferred sexual object" as he enjoys having sex with devices more than WOMEN which bears similar to the movie HER. He's also a CHRISTIAN WARRIOR who believes God gave them the right to marry OBJECTS but NOT to same-sex partners...

He also sued Apple claiming the tech giant should have blocked him from accessing porn when he accidentally typed a porn site name instead of Facebook..

48 y/o Edward Burns, the Bald Pumpkin from Missouri flipped his lid when he saw a woman's bumper stickers on her car filled with liberal causes...so he pulled a GUN on her after confronting her!!

62 y/o Democratic Activist Laura Umphenour was confronted by him in late August in an apparent road-rage incident when police got a call about a 2 vehicle crash.

Both drivers apparently exchanged "offensive hand gestures" and when Laura gave him the finger, that's when the married father took out his .380 Smith & Wesson handgun and opened the window and POINTED it at her!

Fearing for her life, Laura made a sharp turn of her Nissan Sienna and lost control and smashed in front of his SUV and careened off the road and crashed into a guardrail.

Edward admitted he made a "bad decision" by pulling the gun but DEFENDED himself stating he wanted the woman to "back off"

But during his confession to another officer, he expressed a different political view of his own and said he shoved a gun at her because he thought her liberal opinions were "stupid"

Edward is an "American Cancer Society" volunteer who said he got very angry when she flipped him off and said he pulled the gun on her to tell her "NOT TO MESS WITH HIM" because he said anyone who gives him the FINGER will get a taste of his "gun" and he doesn't like people who swear at him...

He was arrested on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon and plead guilty the next day where he septn a few days in jail and was released on 5000 bond.

Laura wrote on her FB of the accident stating she felt sore as a result of the collission and had to get a CT Scan.

She said that Burns gave her the L sign to her which stood for "loser" when he saw her bumper stickers full of anti-trump and pro-democratic decals plastered on her trunk. When she flipped him off, that's when he took it upon himself to bring out his gun..

Laura is married and a grandmother who is a local animal rights activits and was a vocal critic against Trump as she took part in a "die-in" outside of Republican US senator from Missouri who opposed the ACA.

Vegan Baker, Ashley Shotwell has outraged people after she shared a frosted cake with weapons and the words "KILL NAZIS" on it!!

She's an independent baker in Oakland, California who drew hundreds of critical reviews but thousand supporting her after the picture went viral last month

She said a customer requested the cake "KIll Nazis" on it after seeing her colourful cake frosted with the words "Resist Fascism" on her instagram page after the violence in Charlottesville

The cake was frosted with the red and black colours of a flag used by antifa, the masked group that clashed with white supremacists and neo-nazis.

Surrounding the words "kill nazis" are the decorations of brass knuckles, a chain and a club studded with nails

Ashley said in retrospect after the backlash, she would make a cake that said PUNCH NAZIS rather than Kill Nazis.

However she's not deterred from this and taking a stand against fascist ideals

Donald Trump insisted Wednesday that he has sent "no mixed signal" about his desire for the DACA program to survive past March 2018 and expects Congress to make a "permenant fix"

However, he hinted that he will make DACA permanent and allow the illegals to stay IF democrats and republicans FUND HIS WALL!!

DACA, an Obama-era program that shielded against deportation for nearly a million people brought here illegally as children is on the ropes as Trump seems to be playing with their lives in exchange to have his wall built.

He said "I'd like to see something where we have good border security, and we have a great DACA transaction where everybody is happy and now they don't have to worry about it anymore. I'd like to see a permanent deal and i think it's going to happen"

Congress has 6 months to write into law on the millions of Dreamers as Trump deflected a question about providing a pathway to citizenship for the so called "DREAMers" stating he's focused first on finding a way for them to maintain "legal" status. He stated that he will REVISIT DACA if Congress falls short of a deal.

Trump is attempting to use his business like acumen to make Democrats a deal to fund his wall in exchange for keeping these DREAMers in the country..but only time will tell before the deadline if they will do so..
